20 Easy Lunch Ideas for Adults
During the summer, I shared an easy lunch that I eat – Cottage cheese with turkey, avocados, tomatoes, candied jalapeños and sprinkles of everything except the bagel seasoning.
It was very popular and I got a message that said, “Want to know other foods that you like like this! Or if your reader has suggestions. It seems silly but really change life for easy and delicious lunch for myself!”
I asked on Instagram and there were many easy lunch ideas! Here are some of my favorite!

Easy lunch ideas for adults
- I like to make a number of soups or salads or something to eat throughout the week. Currently Lilie ate and tells Chicken Waldorf Salad and Mel’s Kitchen Cafe Tex Mex Zucchini Skillet is my favorite.
- I like a big salad that remains healthy for several days, salads of pasta with vegetables, planning dinner so I have leftovers or roasted vegetables and meat on a baking sheet that I can re -heat.
- I vegan is this recipe vegan, but Plantyou’s account in Insta is extraordinary for lunch. He often makes lunch batch in front and they are always very easy and very tasty.
- I bought a premade salad or salad kit and put it on a wrapper.
- Every day – cucumbers, apples, carrots, cottage cheese, and turkey pepperoni. Sprinkle cottage cheese with everything except the bagel seasoning.
- Kat can cook salads and hungry girl soup. I made a big batch and ate it throughout the week.
- I made a Burrito bowl. They are easy and fast and healthy.
- To be honest, the days that I know will be really crazy or that I will be very tired, I bought a microwave butter chicken that traders can do.
- I like to use leftover meat such as grated pork or rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken and make a bowl. I tried to store grilled sweet potatoes in my hand and then I added some vegetables, avocados, pickled onions, and my favorite sauce or sauce.
- My favorite salad is actually completely filling: a mixture of spring with Fajita seasoning chicken, diced shallots, diced tomatoes, primal limestone sauce of coriander primal kitchen

- The homemade Açaí bowl is my goal. I use protein powder (affiliate code is janssen) as my “sweetener” so that basically only fruit powder and protein with more fruits, a sprinkling of homemade granola, and honey drizzle. Very delicious with clean ingredients!
- I like to make a bowl of this bean salad and eat it all weeks with a piece of first occupant, sometimes I put it on a mixture of spring.
- Remainder. I tried to cook enough for dinner so we could have it for lunch the next day and then finished with it.
- Make quiche without crust for a week. Add a small salad with vinaigrette. I went to because I was like you and forgot to eat.
- Low carbohydrate tortillas, romaine, sprinkles of cheese, turkey, honey mustard
- I finally bought a mixture of salads and then made a mixture between the Strawberry Salad Feta Baked Chicken, and the Italian Sub Salad. But I also struggle with this. Either salad or leftovers.
- Cottage cheese top cucumbers and tomatoes, evoo, and everything except the bagel seasoning. Obtained by triscuits.
- Avocado toast and / or large apple with peanut butter is 2 or me who easily goes
