12 Summer Essentials I Love
Summer is JUST coming (we only have a few weeks left of school!) and I’m in full summer prep mode.
Here are some staples that I use non-stop during the summer months:
12 Summer Essentials I Love

Tinted Face Sunscreen
I mean, I use it all year round, but I REALLY love it in the summer when I’m outside more and I really want to protect my skin. I’ve been using the same one for years and it was discontinued last year so I’ve tried this one and I love it! The color is quite opaque so sometimes I just wear it alone (most days I wear it under my regular BB Cream). I’m wearing color 26.

TANK $10
I rarely buy a lot of the same thing, but this tank is so good that I have it in 3 colors. It fits everything and runs true to size – I wear an XS which is my normal size. And yes, they’re working with the new sleeveless outfit.

Bronze Foam
This is my #1 favorite sunless tanner (and I’ve tried it many times over the last decade). I use it once a week throughout the year for the most natural, streak-free glow. Perfect for anyone looking to regain their shine after a long winter. My code is JANSSENB15 and I use these cheap Amazon gloves to apply it. I use medium in winter and dark in summer.

SQUARE TEE $10
I think I will always be a jeans and tee girl and this tee from Walmart is GOOD – I wore the white one a million times over the last two summers and added the black one to the rotation! It’s also available in tons of colors and all for just $10! (Plus the white color isn’t sheer!).

REEF SANDALS
I bought it four years ago and I really like it – it’s very comfortable and perfect for water parks, beaches or lakes. I wore them all summer and never hurt my feet, even on a wet/rocky hike last fall! This year, I bought these Reef sandals and I’ve been wearing them non-stop – they’re a more stylish sandal (it took me a few minutes to get them on, but now they’re great!). Ella has also been wearing these Reef sandals for the last two years and really loves them. They were truly his favorite shoes he had ever owned.

LINEN SHEETS
I’ve mentioned before that our bedroom is one of the hottest in the house during the summer (and, of course, the coldest in the winter) and several people recommended that we try the sheets. I ordered a set during their Anniversary sale three years ago and in just a few days we ordered it. is. hooked. They are so soft and summery and as a hot sleeper it feels great to wake up cool. Plus, I love the summery look they give our room.

SLING BAG
I ordered one of these for my teenage daughter last year and when I realized it would fit my basic Kindle, I ordered one myself very quickly (and now my other three daughters have them too). This really is the perfect summer bag. It’s hands-free, big enough to hold the essentials (wallet, regular Kindle, phone, lip gloss, small snacks), and looks good with everything. It comes in many colors and some colors are 50% off! Plus it can be converted into a belt bag if you prefer to wear it that way! Use my affiliate code JANSSEN.

BRUMATE ERA WATER BOTTLE
I’ve tried a million water bottles (I’m definitely NOT a Stanley fan) but I love this one! It’s the one I grab every morning to take to the gym and keep in my car (along with cute stickers to personalize it!). My daughter also has a VERY nice children’s water bottle.

CHAMBRAY TROUSERS
I ordered these pants right before our trip to France and I’ve gotten them a million times since! They’re cool without being sloppy and go with everything. I promise you’ll see me wearing them all summer! (And it’s currently 50% off!)

LAND END SWIMSUITS
I’m always looking for a comfortable swimsuit that has good coverage without looking frumpy and this one is perfect for me! I wore this on my Las Vegas trip with Ella and loved it and can’t wait to wear it all summer! It’s on sale now (and so is this one which I also own and love).

Snack and Vegetable Containers
I bought this from Target after so many people praised it for keeping fruit and vegetables in the fridge or taking snacks on the go. I can’t believe it’s only $12! It sold out last summer VERY quickly but it has just been restocked and I am so happy to see it back – grab it while it is available!

Bonus: $5 Bike Shorts
I bought these striped bike shorts for my daughter before our trip to Costa Rica last spring and they are great – the ribbing makes them look a little more polished and you can’t beat the price!
I’d love to hear your favorite summer products! Let me know in the comments!

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
