My 7 Favorite Tanks – Daily Reading
Summer time is for warm weather clothing and nothing says warm weather more than a tank top.
These are my 7 favorite tanks in my closet that I wear all summer!
PS If you’re wearing LDS clothing, all of these tanks work well with open sleeve crossover tops. I’ve seen so many influencers recommend this tank and for me it just doesn’t work. I’ve actually ordered it two different times because so many people raved about it and for me it was a total flop – what could be a hangout is a hangout.

My 7 Favorite Tanks Tops for Women
Striped turtleneck tank
If I had to choose one tank, this would be it! They’re under $10, come in tons of colors and are super comfortable (I wore these on our flights to and from France in the spring). I have this in 3 colors and use it all the time (I wear the black most often). I wear it in size XS which is my normal size.
Basic tank
This is another Amazon tank that is under $15. Unlike the tank above, this tank is unlined and is more athletic. Super smooth and soft and available in lots of colors (I have red).
Buttoned tank
I like this one because the buttons add a bit of fun. I have it in white and it is a little sheer. I’m fine with that, but if you want total opacity, choose another color!
Linen tank
I love linen in the summer and I can’t believe the price of this 100% linen tank. This one is long, lots of room to tuck. I have French Blue but there are so many other colors and I’m tempted to get white!
Denim tank
I was skeptical that this would work but it does and I really like it. It’s definitely expensive (use my affiliate code JANSSENXSPANX for your first order), so here’s a more affordable option!
Button front hole tank
This is a fun skirt that is a little more dressy and can also be paired with a matching skirt (I have a set of these and love breaking them up or wearing them together). I got the XXS and it fits perfectly.
Built-in Bra Tank
My brother Merrick recommended this tank and he wasn’t wrong about it. The white color is not sheer at all and the length is perfect for tucked in or worn untucked. It comes in lots of other colors too!
