Although health must be a top priority in my life, caring for myself often falls last in my list of tasks. And recently, my life feels very chaotic. I try to think about what will motivate me, or what health section might make me excited. I remember in college I was very inspired by supermodel and businessman Miranda Kerr. At that time, I liked the suggestions that he will share on social media or podcast interviews, and I take some good food, fitness, and beauty tips that lead to a big improvement in my physical and mental health. Can Miranda Kerr be a secret of a better health routine, in a correct way to motivate me? This time, I have AI on my side. And while I usually skeptical chatgpt, the results impressed me.

I also included notes about the type of exercise recommended by my doctor and diet restrictions, and share a brief view on my daily schedule so that chatgpt can find time in my day to combine my new routine.

The routine created by chatgpt for me needs some adjustments, but it does give me a very strong jump point.

Food and hydration

After hitting the big cooking route, I needed some fresh eating ideas and snacks that worked for me and my toddlers who were very hungry. And the part of why I chose to model my eating routine in Miranda is, like me, she is the mother who works. So I have a chatgpt specifically withdrawing the recipes that Miranda shared in previous interviews that were friendly toddlers, and focused on some fresh smoothie ideas (because I determined that I like smoothie). I found this exercise into a useful way to mix my eating planning without placing too much mental work on my plate.

For some time the additional cardio, it is recommended that I try the “pursuit-and-day” session when playing outdoors with my toddler, and resting dance at home.
