4 books that I am reading (+ my team’s choice!)
I will not lie – September is not my best month to read!
I have followed quite well in my reading goal for this year but Goodreads tell me that I am currently 5 books in the back, so I have to increase it a little to reach my goal on December 31!
This is what I read lately!

Kingfisher’s code name by Liz Kessler
This is on my book list to read last summer and I didn’t get it because I read it loudly all the small house series for my girls. We finally wrapped it and jumped directly to the title of World War II history fiction and we all went straight into it! I know it was a hit when, the first night, even my 8 -year -old child who usually needed a few days to warm up to a new book that wanted to continue to read!

If the appearance can be killed by Julie Berry
The book, Beautiful waris one of my favorite books of all time (and my 12 and 15 years old reading this year and also likes it!). So of course I immediately took his new release which is a historical fiction book with Jack The Ripper and Medusa (yes, Medusa from myths!) Face to face. This is a strange book but I also like it.

Forbidden love by Jenny Proctor
I blow the series “How to Kiss A …” (you can see me 30 seconds of reviews here) And the books all follow one of the four Hawthorne siblings. This book from a different series across because this is about their sister. I can’t get enough from this clean romance writer – the books are very fun for me this fall!

Johnny Trem playing by Esther Forbes
In preparation for our Boston trip to rest autumn, we have listened to this as a family, including on our journey to Aspen for my birthday, and it’s fun to review this book from my childhood. This is a perfect review of the things we learned in history before our trip!
And this is what my team reads!

Untangled: guiding teenage girls through seven transitions of maturity by Lisa Damour Ph.D.
My sister recommended this book to me after she reads it and because my 13 month old daughter, I think now will be the right time to read it. This is full of real life examples, great ideas about how to connect with your daughter, and some extraordinary insights about why they are what they are and how to respond to them. Plus the focus is how Extraordinary Teenagers are really true, all I am about. I bought a copy for references because we had just been at the top of a teenage house and there was definitely information about the stages that we had not yet reached.

I just hope I have a bigger kitchen: and another lie that I think will make me happy by Kate Strickler
I have followed Kate Strickler from Naptime Kitchen for years and this-Memoar, the books of this part combine their distinctive humor, honesty, and heart. With relatable stories and changes in practical mindset, he shares ideas about how to find excitement in everyday life -even in the world where social media makes comparisons so tempting. It is a reading that arouses enthusiasm and arouses enthusiasm that feels like meeting a wise (and funny) friend.

Journal not selected from Emma M. Lion Vol. 8 by Beth Brower
I was in the final volume (until now) from the Emma M. Lion series and it was really better and better. I fully invest in misunderstanding Miss Lion, Pierce, Islington and Hawkes. I really hope the book number nine will be published soon!
